“The Truth of Impermanence: The Core of Buddhism” with Dr. Nobuo Haneda
On Sunday May 5th, following our after service activities Dr. Haneda will be delivering a talk about impermanence and its place within 
Buddhism. He will share his message in the temple dining room and will start around 12:15. He will be available until about 2:15 to share, discuss and answer questions for our Sangha members.

What Makes an EcoSangha

Registration with lunch is now closed. Some extra lunches will be available but in a limited quantity. Further registrations are welcome, but lunches will need to be brought or purchased from one of the numerous restaurants in the area.
On April 20th, the Seattle Betsuin is hosting an EcoSangha seminar on what it means to be part of an EcoSangha
Come and join us in exploring the ways that conservationism intersects with all forms of Buddhism. This event will feature Dr. Duncan Williams, Dr. Jason Wirth, and Reverend Don Castro as our honored guest speakers
Dr. Sharon Suh
Immediately following service on March 17th, Dr. Sharon Suh will be speaking to the Sangha. Her talk is titled “Film as Sutra” and will be taking place instead of Dharma exchange.
